2-Way Sync with Google Cal
A basic range of available time slots is set up via the plug-in, and then linked to one (or ideally multiple) google calendars so that as the service provider's calendar fills up with whichever assorted appointments, the availability is automatically reflects this and any potential scheduling conflicts are avoided.
Released in version 2.6 on 12 April 2016.
Thank you all for your feedback & your votes on this. We have already started on this & are intending to completing it by the end of May 2015, scheduled for a release in June 1st or 2nd week.
We want to share the details of the implementation of 2-way synchronization. And if there is any feedback on that, we would be glad to consider it.
Settings will be available to allow manual (semi-automatic) and automated synchronization.
1. When an order is placed, a button (if semi-automatic) will be displayed on the Order Received page, which when clicked on will allow the end user to add an appointment in their Google Calendar. Otherwise the appointment will be added automatically to the user's Google Calendar.
2. The same appointment shall also be added in the admin's Google Calendar. This will be done by default if the export feature is enabled.
3. For reverse synchronization, when an appointment is created in the admin's Google Calendar, it shall be imported into the booking system, and the dates and time slots will be blocked as set. We do have suggestions to allow events from multiple google calendars to be imported. We may consider that at a later stage, or if possible, in the first release itself of this feature.
Please let us know if you have any feedback or suggestions to this to help improve the feature.
Sorry for the delay in replying. But that's right. That's how we are planning to implement this feature.

What we need, for our business, is that each of our coaches (using your 'Tour-Operator' add-on) can have their availability cross-checked with their own Google Cal or iCal calendar.
Is this the way you are intending to ad this feature? And when do you think you might be able to make this available?
Great idea. I would like the functionality extended to iCal as well.
