How can we improve Tyche Softwares?

There seems to be an issue with Emoji in email templates

Adding Emoji to email template prevents saving of that template.

        I spoke with Chetna and he has been able to reproduce the issue in your staging environment.

        My setup:
        - OS: AWS Ubuntu 16.04
        - PHP: PHP 7.0.15-0ubuntu0.16.04.4 (cli) ( NTS )
        - MySQL: 14.14 Distrib 5.7.17, for Linux (x86_64) using EditLine wrapper
        - Apache: Apache/2.4.18
        - WP: 4.7.2

        Context:

        ```Hi Andy,
        Thank you for sharing the URL of our forum page.
        Earlier, we were using External TinyMCE for the email template. And it was allowed to add the emoji in the email template.
        Now, we are using WordPress default editor for our plugin. I have tried to replicate the issue on our staging server. And I am able to replicate it. I will look into the issue and fix it.
        Can you please create the ticket on tickets at tychesoftwares dot uservoice dot com? So that we can more communicate via our staging server. And I can give you updated copy of our plugin file.
        :Chetna```
